Postage and Shipping Charges

The shipping charges for the various countries are as follows: We use DHL GoGreen, Carbon Co2 neutral, with ´Tracking` system, for all our shipping.

Germany	3,80 € (delivery time 1-2 business days)
EU Countries	5,90 € (delivery time 2 - 5 business days)
Rest of the World	10,90 € (delivery time 3 - 21 business days)

Minimal Waste Postage and Shipping

In 2018 there was more packaging waste produced in germany, europe and worldwide than ever before. We want to do something about it and lower our own impact. So we have lowered the packaging waste to an absolute minimum, and we use compostible recycled cardboard cartons.

Delivery

We can provide a best estimate of delivery times upon request but cannot offer any guarantees. If the delivery date is critical, please advise us and we may be able to send the package by Special Delivery or courier at an additional cost so that you get guaranteed next day delivery and can track the package.

Your order will normally be sent out to you within 3 working days. If this timetable cannot be adhered to we will email to let you know when you place your order and give you the opportunity of cancelling it.

You will be required to sign for all parcels. If this is likely to cause you any difficulties please let us know and we can send the parcel unrecorded but at your own risk.

Returning Goods

Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

You must email us first to advise us that the item is being returned letting us know the reason for our records. You do not need a reply from us. Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free from any odours and all tags much be attached.
The dispatch note must be enclosed with the returned items, please enclose a note with your name and address details.
Goods returned and lost in transit will only be refunded on proof of postage and receipt by us of compensation from the Post Office. It is therefore up to you to ensure that proof of posting is retained or the package is insured as appropriate.

Upon receipt of the returned items in the condition described above we will refund your money in full less the original postage and packing charges. Any items returned to us which are not in the condition described above will be sent back to you at your own expense. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged. Nor will we accept returned items which have not had the correct postage amount paid.

Availability

We try to ensure that the goods shown in the online shop are available. However, we cannot guarantee that all the items will be available. If we cannot supply an item we will let you know immediately and let you know when we expect to be able to supply an item giving you the opportunity of cancelling the order.

Product Descriptions

The products are as described by us. We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions but if you feel that the description is misleading, you are entitled to return the goods to us. Please note that colours cannot always be accurately represented.
