Terms and Conditions

Placing an Order

As soon as you have placed an order via our website, you should receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order and a separate receipt for your payment. If there are any problems with your order then we will email you as soon as possible to allow you either to cancel the order or make changes.


We accept bank transfers to our internet bank account at the NetBank, as per details when you place an order. We have installed a currency converter for your use but can only accept payment in EURO.   We also accept transfers using PAYPAL. 


VAT is chargeable on items and is included in the price you pay at the current rate of 19%. If you are ordering from overseas you will be responsible for the payment of any import tax in your country.

Postage and Packing

For DE deliveries a flat charge of €3.20 is made to cover postage and packing.

We usually send all parcels by first class recorded delivery post or courier. For packages sent outside Germany they will be sent "International Signed For" so that they can be tracked and proof of delivery obtained.

For European deliveries we levy a flat charge of €4,10 but reserve the right to increase this amount if the postage would far exceed this sum. If this is likely to occur we will email you in advance to obtain your prior agreement. Postage to the rest of the world is €9,90.

If any item is returned to us undelivered or uncollected you will be responsible for any postage charges arising from its re-sending.


We can provide a best estimate of delivery times upon request but cannot offer any guarantees. If the delivery date is critical, please advise us and we may be able to send the package by Special Delivery or courier at an additional cost so that you get guaranteed next day delivery and can track the package.

Your order will normally be sent out to you within 3-5 working days. If this timetable cannot be adhered to we will email to let you know when you place your order and give you the opportunity of cancelling it.

Returning Goods

To comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to a "cooling off period" meaning that you may cancel an order within 14 working days from placement of the order or receipt of the goods, whichever is the later.

Goods can be returned as 'unsuitable' within 14 working days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

* You must email us first to advise us that the item is being returned letting us know the reason for our records. You do not need a reply from us.
* Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free from any odours and all tags much be attached.
* The dispatch note must be enclosed with the returned items
* Any goods returned to us are sent at your own risk Please note that whilst we take responsibility for sending goods to you, so you must accept responsibility for returning items to us. It is therefore your decision as to the method by which you return goods to us.

Upon receipt of the returned items in the condition described above we will refund your money in full less the original postage and packing charges. Any items returned to us which are not in the condition described above will be sent back to you at your own expense. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged. Nor will we accept returned items which have not had the correct postage amount paid.

If you are returning the item because it is faulty or has been misdescribed, we will refund the postage and packing costs to you as well.


We try to ensure that the goods shown in the online shop are available. However, we cannot guarantee that all the items will be available. If we cannot supply an item we will let you know immediately and let you know when we expect to be able to supply an item giving you the opportunity of cancelling the order.

Product Descriptions

The products are as described by us. We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions but if you feel that the description is misleading, you are entitled to return the goods to us. Please note that colours cannot always be accurately represented.


Measurements shown should be taken as a guide only and there can be wide variations between childrens sizes and shapes world wide, please read our measurement chart carefully. If in doubt, please contact us and we can let you have specific measurements or an indication as to the fit of the garment. We can also provide special requests at a small extra charge.

Computer and Technology

Our systems use Cookies to maintain your shopping basket during your time on our website. This may be retained for a day or two after leaving our site in order to recall your basket should you return to our site. Once this period is passed the Cookie will be deleted from your file.

Personal Information and Privacy

We do require some personal information from you so that we can manage your order. From time to time we will email you with details of new stock or special offers unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive these.

We will not use this information for any other purpose or sell this information to any third party.


No contract will exist between you and Sun Trooper ® for the sale by it to you of any product unless Sun Trooper® accepts your order by email confirming that it is dispatching your product.

Any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Germany and interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Germany and you and Sun Trooper® irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the German Courts.
